About

My name is PJ Dietz, and I fancy myself a Web developer.
I work primarily in PHP and MySQL, but, like all Web developers, I also work regularly in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. My recent interest in developing for the Mac and the iPhone has led me into the world of Cocoa and Objective-C, and I’m a long-time enthusiast of Python (which is undoubtably the most beautiful of all programming languages, for what it’s worth.)
Carl Sagan wrote in The Demon-Haunted World, “Not explaining science seems to me perverse. When you’re in love, you want to tell the world.” This is the way I see coding, and I’ve put this site together to have a place to share tips and code snippets, plugins and projects.
When I’m not coding, I’m probably gaming.
